Here in my beloved Volusia County, we have temperatures in the mid-80's, and a warm soft breeze. Mrs. Cocoa Butter tells me the beach is packed. I couldn't tell you, I've been busy Ubering around. I can attest that we have quite a number of tourists, and that is only growing as I type as we welcome tens of thousands of Jeep enthusiasts to Daytona's Beach.
This annual parade of Jeeps down the beach is among the best people watching ever, close to Bike Week. Low tide on Saturday is set for 12:42, which sets the stage for plenty of room for the parade to go off without a hitch. If you're driving to watch the spectacle, get there early to get your spot.
